We are looking for consultant to develop an Advocacy Strategy and toolkit to guide the CADIR program advocacy interventions.

The consultant will be expected to work with representatives from the CADIR program partners to develop a five-year advocacy strategy (2025-2029) for the consortium, including indicators and measurement tools.
