A Technical Lead (Resource Person) is needed and will provide strategic direction, technical expertise, and coordination in the consultation & development of the Disability manifesto, 2026-2030 with a major focus on the Child Disability Benefit.

This includes research, stakeholder engagement, writing the manifesto, and ensuring alignment with national and international policy frameworks with the disability perspective.
