Mutonyi Faith started a new role at Tata Uganda Limited as the Assistant Administra­tion Officer.

Thanks to NUDIPU, Sightsavers and Stan­dard Chartered Bank for their passion to al­ways work with youth with disabilities through the job readiness train­ings to prepare them to be ready for the job market.

“I appreciate NUDIPU recommending me for this position. The courses we were tak­ing did come in handy during the interview, allowing me to be the selected candidate” shares Mutonyi.

Mutonyi encourages other youth with dis­abilities not to lose hope. She shares they should master what they are studying and seek any help and assistance from the team.

Youth with disabilities should start from some­where.

It might not be some­thing big, but it is the first step to get expo­sure and experience.

Mutonyi also advises youth with disabilities to always be on the lookout for available opportunities and ap­ply.
